These covers are really nice, made from sturdy material, and the zippers seem solid and fit well. But I've got a couple of big issues. I ordered two cushion covers for my camper van, and they were supposed to have a tie tag on each corner, but those were left out. My second complaint is about the communication, which was absolutely non-existent. I reached out twice through the Contact Us button on the site and left a message both times, but got no reply. I even tried the on-screen bot to check on my order, but nobody ever got back to me. So, while the product is GOOD, the attention to detail and communication are definitely lacking.

I swapped out the two polyester sofa seat cushions for foam ones. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. Man, what a difference it has made in how comfy my sofa is now! I highly recommend A*****.

It took more than a month for the foam to show up, and when it finally did, nothing was right.

The big piece turned out to be two chunks of foam stuck together. It was supposed to have a curved edge, but nope, it didn’t.
